my name is Iyaniwura O.A. Olarewaju. I don’t shorten my name, because it means a lot to me.

by itself, “wura” means gold, and that’s always made a lot of sense.

golden girl, golden brain.

I from Cornell University in May 2020 with a degree in Biological Sciences, cum laude. though I didn’t study the arts past an Intro to Poetry class, it’s in my nature to make the simple complex, and vice versa. that is art to me.

I put together this portfolio because I wanted to bring all my facets together. professional or personal, it’s all purposeful.
